The Leam provides an ideal seafront location in which to celebrate your special event.

 

With disco lighting and a mirror ball to get you in the mood, a well-stocked bar and a dance floor for up to 100 guests (subject to Government restrictions), our dedicated venue is the perfect place for a party to celebrate practically anything! If you're looking for a great venue with lots of space for fewer guests we're the ideal place to come to.

 

There is no room hire charge, just a simple price per head if catering or drinks packages are required, and we can arrange buffets or sit down meals to suit a variety of tastes and budgets.
